Am 11. Mai feiere ich mit dem Kopfstand Workshop, die Yoga Asana, die mir in haltlosen Momenten Präsenz schenkt für das Hier und Jetzt. Der Kopfstand, fordert Fokus, Flexibilität und Balance. Du stellst deine Welt wortwörtlich auf den Kopf. Und das tut richtig gut und schenkt dir Mut, Dinge anzugehen, die du dir normalerweise nicht zutraust.
